Welcome to Prysm! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Prysm mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Prysm ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Prysm, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Prysm is a social platform that allows users to:

• Share dessert creation videos and photos
• Discover and learn from baking tutorials and guides
• Connect with other dessert enthusiasts
• Comment on and engage with content
• Follow other users and build a community

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Updating your information to keep it current
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Prysm. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

Content Standards

All content must comply with our community guidelines. You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or bullying
• Is sexually explicit or inappropriate
• Contains spam or misleading information
• Violates the privacy of others

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access the Service
• Collect user information without permission

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prysm and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prysm operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prysm regarding the use of the Service.
